Services

StreetMBA provides business-systems guidance, digital products (including the Command Kit), paid strategy sessions, and custom implementation work. Marketing pages describe offers; checkout, booking pages, and written confirmations govern the specific purchase or engagement.

Eligibility

Offers are intended for business operators. We may decline work that is a poor fit - including informal or unstructured engagements that conflict with our operating model.

Payments & refunds

Paid products and Strategy Calls are charged as shown on the checkout/booking page at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility, if any, is stated at purchase or in follow-up confirmation. Chargebacks for delivered digital access or completed sessions may be contested.

No professional advice warranty

Strategy sessions and materials provide practical business guidance, not legal, tax, or regulated financial advice. Outcomes depend on your execution.

Intellectual property

Site content, SOPs, kits, and materials remain StreetMBA property except where a written agreement says otherwise. Purchased access is licensed for your business use, not for resale or public redistribution.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or submit false payment information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetMBA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or offers. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
